Telehealth Bookings can only be made by health providers. If you are a patient please see your optometrist or call our office on 08 9381 0802 (Perth) or 08 (9381 0801 (Broome).
1. First time users will be asked to register and provide a Medicare provider number.
2. If you have previously registered you can access the booking function by entering your username / password.
3. View and select available days on the calendar.
4. Select an available appointment timeslot from the drop-down menu below the calendar.
5. Please complete the online form and click ‘send’. Required fields are indicated. Your confirmation of appointment will appear on the screen.
6. You will also receive a confirmation of appointment by email.
You must be a Medicare Provider to book a patient.
You can cancel your appointment 24 hours prior to your scheduled consultation by emailing: info@outbackvision.com.au
