We are looking for two senior (Unaccredited) Registrars who have previous experience working in ophthalmology and a desire to enter the RANZCO training program.

What we offer:

• A Senior (Unaccredited) Registrar role with hands-on patient management and outreach clinics including emergency care in regional, remote and metropolitan clinical and surgical settings.
• 6 months based in Perth covering Albany, Kalgoorlie, Katanning and Esperance outreach and metropolitan clinical and surgical support.
• 6 months based in Broome covering Kimberley and Pilbara outreach and Broome based clinical work.
• An opportunity to learn in complex and unique environments with a focus on Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander eye health issues.
• Provide Telehealth support services across the state.

What we are looking for:

• A Doctor with a desire to peruse an ophthalmic career
• A person with genuine interest in working in regional and remote health who is willing to travel and experience living and working in regional WA.
• Enthusiasm, flexibility, decision making and adaptability to achieve results for patients.
• A person who can work in a multi-faceted environment with a willingness to collaborate at different levels to get the job done.
