Dr Steve Bartnik completed his medical degree at The University of Sydney before coming to work as a Resident at Lions Outback Vision in 2017. He completed the first 4 years of his ophthalmology specialist training within the Western Australia Training Network and his final year of ophthalmology training at Lions Outback Vision, as the Telehealth Fellow providing telehealth consultations to regional WA, and outreach services to Kalgoorlie. In 2025 he is supporting consultant to the outreach team with a focus on building our capacity in Kalgoorlie.
