Sarah holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and has gained experience in events management, fundraising, and health promotion. Originally from Melbourne, she has lived and worked in Broome for 11 years.

In 2021, Sarah began working with Lions Outback Vision, focusing on improving eye health in remote areas. She is also a volunteer at Broome Volunteer Fire and Rescue Station and a mother to two young children.
